Energy, environment protection and conservation programme

CAFOMI team works hard to ensure environmental protection, Conservation of natural resources, bio-diversity, pollution abatement, including raising awareness of environmental issues through advocacy, networking, public interest litigation and education.

CAFOMI Previously partnered with The Coca-Cola Foundation and Plastic Recycling Industries to boost plastic waste collection that is key in sustainable environment protection in Uganda from plastic waste. During the project, CAFOMI distributed packages of essential relief items which includes both food and non-food items for the control of COVID -19 pandemic spread among the plastic waste collectors.
